Paris Jackson has avoided a medical horror story.
To ease fans’ worries after they noticed something in a recent photo, the 28-year-old shared that she had an ultrasound.
She shared on Instagram on May 16th that she was getting an ultrasound to investigate her lymph nodes, after followers noticed a strange appearance in her neck on a recent post, according to People magazine.
To convince her fans, the American Horror Stories actress posted a photo showing an ultrasound device being used on her neck. She clarified in a later video that a medical professional had examined her at her recording studio.
Paris acknowledged the comments were upsetting, but she reassured everyone, saying she believed it was just a normal part of her anatomy and they were worrying her unnecessarily.
The singer, known for her song “Let Down,” was relieved to learn her throat appeared healthy, and she shared these findings in a follow-up post.
She mentioned on May 17th that her vocal cords were only a little bit red, but thankfully, she hadn’t developed any calluses from singing.
Paris explained the appearance of her neck, saying it’s due to years of vocal training. She mentioned that singers often develop visible neck muscles from frequently using them.
“It’s just a little bit more obvious in me,” she concluded, “because I’m skinny.”

Once her medical tests showed no problems, the former star of Swarm seemed cheerful and even joked about her muscular neck on Instagram.
Now that she’s no longer worried about her health, the singer can finally share her new project, “teenage drama,” which comes out on May 22nd.
Paris has been sharing stories about her teenage years to get fans excited for her upcoming music. She recently posted on Instagram about being homeschooled, writing that she’s remembering those times as the release date gets closer.

Although the symptoms eventually subsided, Hailey went to the hospital and tests revealed she had experienced a small blood clot in her brain, which doctors identified as a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack).
Further examination at UCLA uncovered a hole in her heart, called a patent foramen ovale (PFO). Doctors determined the blood clot had traveled through this hole and to her brain, causing the TIA.
Hailey underwent a successful procedure to close the PFO and is now recovering well.
