I really dislike the title, but it’s clear the story itself has promise with ‘The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales’.
This is a new action role-playing game from Square Enix, created by the team behind Octopath Traveler. It features the HD-2D art style you may have seen before.
I first heard about this game last summer, and I was immediately drawn to its fast-paced combat. I still really enjoy turn-based battles, but I’m excited to see how the developers approach a more action-oriented, hack-and-slash style of gameplay.
You can now download the “Prologue Demo” for The Adventures of Elliot on PlayStation 5! It’s a little under 6GB, and any progress you make will transfer to the complete game when it launches on June 18th.
