Sony announced its full list of new PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for May 2026 today. Eight new titles are now available for download for subscribers in the UK and Europe, with US members gaining access later today.
We’ll share the list of PS5 and PS4 games leaving PS Plus Extra next month as soon as it’s announced. For now, here’s a reminder of all the games currently available to play today.

The eight games mentioned will stay available as long as they’re part of the service. Unlike PS Plus Essential, where you keep games you’ve claimed, games on PS Plus Extra and Premium become unplayable when they’re removed from the service. Typically, this month’s games will be available for at least a year.
I’ve noticed a pattern with Rockstar games on PS Plus Extra – usually, titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5 stick around for about three months. They do get taken off the service eventually, but thankfully, they almost always come back a few months later. It’s a good system, really!
