Apple TV’s Peanuts Franchise Is Releasing New Episodes Next Month

Good news for Charlie Brown and Snoopy fans! This summer will bring fresh content, starting with the return of Camp Snoopy. Plus, for the first time ever, classic Peanuts stories will be available on Apple TV.

Apple TV has announced new content featuring the beloved Peanuts gang! Season 2 of Camp Snoopy will arrive on June 26th, and a new special, Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy, will premiere on July 31st. Plus, for the first time, classic Peanuts specials This Is America, Charlie Brown and The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show will be available on Apple TV, debuting on July 3rd and July 10th, respectively.

Snoopy Goes Back to Camp This Summer

Season 2 of Camp Snoopy follows Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts as they enjoy a fun-filled summer at Camp Spring Lake. Join Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the whole gang as they explore the outdoors with hikes, swims, and exciting adventures! This season, they’ll be searching for a rare hedge toad, building amazing sandcastles, and even having a friendly debate about whether hot dogs or hamburgers are better.

In Snoopy Presents: There’s No Place Like Home, Snoopy, Snoopy is heartbroken when his doghouse is mistakenly sold. To help his friend feel better, Charlie Brown takes Snoopy on a journey to find it, and they both discover that ‘home’ is more than just a building.

Both This Is America, Charlie Brown and The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show feature the beloved Peanuts characters. This Is America, Charlie Brown takes the gang on adventures through American history, exploring events like the creation of the Constitution and the achievements of the Wright Brothers and other great inventors. The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show, on the other hand, focuses on the everyday lives of the characters, highlighting Charlie Brown’s struggles and Snoopy’s imaginative adventures.

More Peanuts Content Arrives on Streaming

These shows are part of a continued collaboration between WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide, and Lee Mendelson Film Production, extending through 2030. Apple has been the primary platform for all things Peanuts since 2020, offering both classic content and new shows created in partnership with the Peanuts brand – a relationship that began in 2018. Currently, Apple is developing a new animated movie, Snoopy Unleashed, which follows Snoopy and the Peanuts gang on an adventure in the city as they search for Snoopy and discover the importance of friendship.

Apple TV has a history of award-winning original shows featuring the Peanuts gang, like Snoopy in Space, The Snoopy Show, and Camp Snoopy. They’ve also released a series of new specials under the title Snoopy Presents, including It’s the Small Things, Charlie Brown, Lucy’s School, To Mom (and Dad), With Love, Welcome Home, Franklin, For Auld Lang Syne, and A Summer Musical. In addition, Apple TV produced the Emmy Award-winning documentaries Who Are You Charlie Brown? and Peanuts in Space: Secrets of Apollo 10.
