One coin to rule them all – How to buy the new Royal Mint 25 years of The Lord of the Rings coin

To mark the 25th anniversary of the Lord of the Rings movies, the Royal Mint has created a special coin shaped like the One Ring.

Peter Jackson’s film adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s famous trilogy was first released in 2001 and continues to be a favorite among fans.

This new coin celebrates the iconic One Ring from the films, featuring its well-known inscription written in the dark language of Mordor: “One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.”

Some special versions of the coin will include a unique, textured finish – a first for commemorative coins from the Royal Mint.

As the website reads: “Get ready to pledge your sword, bow or axe for this epic journey.”

Here’s how you can buy the new coin today.
