Hasbro Pulse recently hosted a livestream on YouTube for Marvel Legends fans, showcasing a bunch of new and upcoming figures. They previewed exclusives planned for San Diego Comic-Con and revealed a new Hulk based on the 2099 universe, but the biggest excitement came from the announcement that the classic Future Foundation team would finally be getting figures in the line.
You can now pre-order the first two-figure pack on Entertainment Earth and Amazon for $59.99! It’s expected to sell out quickly, so check out the details about the Future Foundation Mister Fantastic and Spider-Man pack and order yours today.

The Future Foundation debuted in Marvel Comics in 2010, as part of Jonathan Hickman’s acclaimed run on Fantastic Four. It was created as a hopeful group of innovators meant to tackle any problem. Around this time, the Human Torch seemingly died, leaving a gap in the Fantastic Four. To fill it, Spider-Man joined the team, bringing his signature humor and wearing a new black and white suit made of an experimental, shifting material.

Mister Fantastic, as the team leader, comes with lots of swappable parts to demonstrate his stretching powers. The set includes two pairs of normal hands, a pair of hands with extended fingers, and two flexible, wire-based arms for dynamic posing. He also includes the Ultimate Nullifier – a seemingly small accessory that’s actually one of the most powerful weapons in the Marvel Universe, capable of completely wiping anything out of existence.

I always say you can’t have too many Spider-Man action figures, particularly when they feature a suit that hasn’t been released in a while. This new version appears to be based on the popular, highly poseable figure from the 2022 Renew Your Vows set, which is a personal favorite of mine. It also comes with all the hands you need to create cool action poses – hands for sticking to walls, shooting webs, and general posing.
As a huge Marvel fan, I’m absolutely thrilled about this new set – it’s based on one of the most legendary Fantastic Four storylines ever! I know collectors and comic book lovers like me will be scrambling to get their hands on it. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out! I’ve already pre-ordered mine from Amazon and Entertainment Earth to make sure I get Mister Fantastic and Spider-Man before they become impossible to find (and super expensive) on resale sites.
