Based on datamine leaks, the Mayhem Mode will act as a separate option away from the main game.
Players will be able to control both Harley Quinn and The Joker. Harley will have hyenas that function like Catwoman’s cats – you’ll be able to direct them, and both characters will have unique abilities similar to those of other playable characters.
Both characters will also get their own unique costumes, designed to match the styles of outfits already available for everyone else in the game.

This mode introduces a special currency that players can use to buy new items, outfits, and customize a unique hideout only available in this mode.
This new game mode will feature a series of missions with optional side goals, plus new locations and gameplay elements. Players will be able to steal cars and other vehicles, and will also encounter and battle A.R.G.U.S. roadblocks.
