Like all James Bond films, “007 First Light” features a talented cast. Here’s a complete list of the actors and where you might recognize them from.

It’s possible we might see the actor who played Bond in the video game ‘First Light’ take on the role in a future film. The cast of that game certainly believes he’d be a great fit.

If you’ve spent the time to finish the game and all its challenges, you might agree! Otherwise, there’s a good chance we’ll see a follow-up game in the future.

Now that the game 007 First Light is released, we can finally see how much it draws from the James Bond novels in its portrayal of his early days.

Who plays James Bond in 007 First Light?

Actor Patrick Gibson is the face and voice behind the young James Bond in 007 First Light.

This is Pierce Gibson’s first video game role, but he’s a familiar face from many movies and TV shows. We’ll introduce him and the rest of the cast a little later!

Where do you know the 007 First Light cast from?

As you’d expect from a thrilling, worldwide adventure like 007 First Light, the game features a large cast of characters, including many familiar faces.

Patrick Gibson – James Bond

Patrick Gibson gained recognition for his role as Steve Winchell in the Netflix series, The OA. He appeared in fourteen out of the show’s sixteen episodes, becoming a regular and important part of the supernatural drama.

Gibson also starred as the daring Prince Nikolai Lantsov, who is also a privateer, in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone.

More recently, Gibson has featured as a young Dexter Morgan in Dexter: Original Sin.

Lenny Kravitz

Lenny Kravitz is a hugely successful musician with a career that’s lasted for decades. He’s known for popular songs like “It Ain’t Over ‘til It’s Over,” “Again,” and “Let Love Rule.”

While Bawma’s role in this project is likely his most significant acting performance yet, he previously appeared as Cinna in both The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Lennie James

Lennie James voices Greenway, a mentor figure to Bond, marking his second time contributing to video games after his role as Lord Shaxx in the Destiny series.

I’ve seen James in a bunch of different shows outside of video games! Most people probably know him as Morgan Jones from The Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead, but he was also really good as DCI Tony Gates in Line of Duty. I remember him in Critical too, playing Glen Boyle, and he was in that show Jericho as Robert Jenkins – it was a cool post-apocalyptic series!

Gemma Chan

Gemma Chan appears as Selina Tan, the head of tactical simulation for MI6. This role follows her previous video game work as Erys in Diablo IV’s Season 2.

Tan became well-known for her roles as Anita/Mia in the AMC series Humans and Astrid Leong in the movie Crazy Rich Asians.

Priyanga Burford

Priyanga Burford appears in a James Bond film for the second time with 007 First Light. She previously played Dr. Symes in No Time to Die, and this new role as M is a significant step up.

They also played Sara Dhadwal in the HBO and BBC 2 series, Industry.

Alastair Mackenzie

Alastair Mackenzie is the latest actor to enter the world of video games with his role in 007 First Light. He plays Q, the famous MI6 quartermaster who equips Bond with all sorts of gadgets and tools.

Mackenzie recently appeared as Perrin Fertha in the series Andor. Earlier in their career, they played Archie MacDonald in the BBC comedy Monarch of the Glen.

Kiera Lester

Like many of the actors in 007 First Light, Kiera Lester made her video game debut in this title. She’s recently been seen on television, playing Monique Delacroix in the PBS series Maigret.
