Man, the last few years have been awesome for survival games, and 2026 is already shaping up to be just as good! We finally got into Early Access for Subnautica 2, and Enshrouded 1.0 is officially coming out soon, which is huge. But now, one game I’ve been really excited about just dropped a new dev vlog showing off a ton of gameplay. I’m talking about Under a Rock – it’s an open-world survival game where you also collect and tame creatures, and the footage looks amazing!

I’m seriously hyped for Under a Rock! It already has over 450,000 wishlists, which is incredible considering we don’t even know when it’s coming out yet! It’s clear a lot of us who love survival games and collecting creatures are really excited about this one. They just dropped a new gameplay trailer on May 27th, and it looks amazing – a beautiful prehistoric world with some cool monster-taming mechanics.
