In a fresh trailer for Disney+’s “Eyes of Wakanda”, Marvel Studios unveiled the initial glimpse of their fourth portrayal of Iron Fist. Earlier, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Finn Jones from “Game of Thrones” introduced Iron Fist to K’un-Lun and the world of Netflix in two seasons that sparked controversy. Notably, Danny Rand, also known as Iron Fist, was a significant character not only in his own series but also in “The Defenders”, where he worked together with Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage to combat The Hand.
Following Marvel Studios integrating “The Defenders Saga” into the MCU and reintroducing Charlie Cox’s Daredevil, Jon Bernthal’s Punisher, and soon Krysten Ritter’s Jessica Jones, fans are even more excited to see the return of Danny Rand, aka Iron Fist. While it remains unclear if he will show up in “Daredevil: Born Again” or another Netflix production, the studio announced last year that an Iron Fist character will be featured in the 2025 Disney+ animated series, “Eyes of Wakanda.
In just a few days, “Eyes of Wakanda” will be available on Disney+, and Marvel Studios has unveiled the official trailer for this series. This sneak peek offers our first glimpse at the newest Iron Fist in the MCU, who is set to appear in one of the episodes. This is the fourth series produced by Marvel Studios, and notably, it’s the first to be part of the main MCU timeline since Netflix’s “Iron Fist” concluded in September 2018.
In the far reaches of time, it’s anticipated that this latest Iron Fist character will meet Wakandan warriors, with actress Jona Xiao lending her voice to bring a female interpretation of the role to life.

The upcoming, still unnamed female character who will take on the Iron Fist mantle in Marvel Studios is set to be the fourth to do so, following Danny Rand (played by Finn Jones) and Colleen Wing (portrayed by Jessica Henwick) from the Netflix series, as well as Kwai Jun-Fan from the Wild West episode of What If…?.
Marvel Studios generated excitement for Iron Fist’s highly anticipated comeback by unveiling a fresh character poster, titled “Eyes of Wakanda“, which emphasizes the distinctive yellow mask.
