Sony recently announced more information about its new PlayStation accessories, such as how much the fight stick and gaming monitor will cost and when they’ll be available.
The FlexStrike fight stick was revealed last year. It connects wirelessly and works with both PlayStation 5 and PCs.
It comes with a sling carry case, and we now know it will retail for $199.99 / £179.99 / €199.99.
Based on a quick look, the price seems reasonable for a good quality fight stick, which is good to see from Sony – they’re at least trying to compete.
I’m so excited – pre-orders start on June 12th, 2026! It’s officially coming out on August 6th, which is the same day as Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, so that’s awesome!
Along with the new details, Sony also released a video showcasing the fight stick’s design. The video covers things like how comfortable it is to hold, the design of the stick itself, and how you can change the restrictor gates to customize how the stick moves and feels.
I don’t usually enjoy fighting games, but this one looks promising. It will take experienced players to truly test it out and determine if it’s any good.
