Marvel’s Wolverine quickly became the most pre-ordered game on the PlayStation Store, rising to the top in less than 24 hours.
Insomniac’s latest game is now more popular than Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 in the US, UK, Spain, and other areas.
As expected, the more expensive Deluxe Edition is proving to be the most popular. Priced at $79.99, it includes the complete game plus bonus content like five unique suits and claw options. This time, the $10 extra cost for the Deluxe Edition seems justified.
The developers at Burbank confirmed this week that Marvel’s Wolverine will be a traditional, story-driven game with a set path – unlike the more open and exploratory style of the Marvel’s Spider-Man games.
This title promises a thrilling, fast-paced adventure around the world, much like a rollercoaster. The recent gameplay demo showcased this perfectly, with the protagonist, Logan, engaging in action-packed sequences like fighting enemies and pursuing vehicles on a motorcycle.
