Iris Apatow, Sam Nivola Step Out Hand-in-Hand During Italy Vacation

This is Iris Apatow in love. 

Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow’s youngest daughter was spotted on a romantic walk with her boyfriend, Sam Nivola, while they were on vacation in Sicily on June 12th.

While strolling through the streets of Taormina surrounded by tourists, Apatow chose a comfortable yet stylish outfit: a white babydoll dress with black flats and a navy cardigan. She completed the look with a black headband and bright orange sunglasses.

Nivola dressed casually in a navy T-shirt, red shorts, and black flip-flops. He finished the outfit with a cross-body bag and sunglasses.

Their relationship started after they met through a friend at a bar in London. However, at the time, Apatow was already dating someone else – he had previously been linked to Kate Hudson’s son, Ryder Robinson, and photographer Henry Haber.

Nivola, the child of Alessandro Nivola and Emily Mortimer, shared with Teen Vogue that when they first met, Judd Apatow wasn’t impressed – and that was a good thing, according to Nivola.

But once the Tell Me Lies actress was back on the market, Nivola was able to formally shoot his shot.

They’ve built a beautiful life together, and recently, Leslie made a big move – she and Judd are now living together in New York City, which is such an exciting step for them.

The California native shared with Nylon magazine that she was thrilled to move in with her boyfriend, but also felt a bit overwhelmed at first. ‘I was so happy, but also lost and confused about things like navigating the train system,’ she explained. She added that she’s now settled in and still adjusting to life in a new place.

Having grown up with a lot of public attention, the 23-year-old is still adjusting to life in the city, but she’s confident about her goals.

You know, as someone who’s spent years observing what makes people truly happy, I’ve learned that prioritizing your personal life is absolutely essential. I really focus on keeping things calm and balanced for myself – that’s honestly more important to me than career success. I’ve seen so many people pour everything into their work, only to find they’ve lost touch with the things that really matter, and it’s heartbreaking. It’s a reminder that a full life isn’t just about what you do, but who you are outside of work.

That said, Apatow likes the direction she’s headed in, both personally and professionally. 

She expressed optimism about what’s ahead, saying she hopes to find a place to settle down and make good progress in her life.
