So, here’s the reason: The celebrity from the Kardashian clan has unveiled a new product under her SKIMS label – a face wrap specifically tailored to contour the jawline.

On its official label site, this product is referred to as the “groundbreaking advancement in facial care”. It’s available in rich shades of dark brown and tan. Notably, it’s constructed using special molding fabric, and it incorporates collagen fibers for exceptionally gentle jaw support.

In a video posted on her Instagram Stories on July 29, Kim explained, “We’ve been specializing in shapewear for quite some time now, and we’re excited to introduce a fantastic line of facial shaping solutions. These are truly essential products.

She commented, “It gently grips beneath your chin, providing a cozy fit whether you wear it during sleep or casually at home.

However, not every fan was convinced by the new product, as some compared it more to Band-Aids for cosmetic surgery procedures.

As an overly enthusiastic follower, I couldn’t help but chuckle at this: “‘Post-op core’ seems to be the latest trend, I joked under SKIMS’ announcement. Meanwhile, another user humorously commented, “This is exactly what recovery after a facelift or chin liposuction appears to be like.

 

In my professional opinion, I’ve learned that for individuals grappling with jaw pain or disorders related to the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), a face wrap might offer some relief. TMJ disorders are a collection of conditions that impact the muscles used in chewing, and these can sometimes cause discomfort.

Once again, SKIMS has sparked debate online. Back in 2023, when they introduced a collection of bras featuring integrated nipples, the response varied – some were puzzled while others were appreciative.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve recently come across an intriguing solution for those grappling with jaw pain or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues, which are linked to the muscles used for chewing. It seems that face wraps could potentially offer relief in such cases.
