Jami Gertz’s journey has been remarkable and hard to match. As the actress herself put it in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2018, “It’s not a typical Hollywood story.”
What makes her tale exceptional is that she transformed from a popular ’80s film and television star into the co-owner of an NBA team alongside her billionaire husband Tony Ressler.
Gertz was discovered at the age of 16 during a talent search, which led to her landing a role on the early ’80s sitcom Square Pegs costarring Sarah Jessica Parker. Reflecting on this unexpected turn of events in a 2024 episode of Resilience with Richard Cabral, Gertz stated, “I was discovered at a search, thrown right into it, and I never looked back. It was an unusual path.”
However, this unconventional route proved to be profitable as well. As she explained, “At 16, I made more money than my father ever did. That changes the dynamics of your life significantly.
Gertz’s professional journey evolved significantly, as she accumulated credits on series such as “The Facts of Life” and “Dreams”, and films like “Sixteen Candles“, “The Lost Boys”, and “Less Than Zero”. Concurrently, her personal life also underwent a transformation when she encountered Ressler in 1986.
As Gertz recounted to The Hollywood Reporter, they were introduced by her publicist and spent an evening together at Ressler’s LA apartment during a dinner party. Despite Ressler not being familiar with her acting roles, he was keen on spending more time with her.
“It’s often assumed I married a wealthy man,” Gertz clarified. “However, that wasn’t the case. When we first met, I earned significantly more than Tony. I financed our initial home and our first vacation together. I married him because I fell in love with him.
In 1989, they got married and maintained their influence during the ’90s and early 2000s. For Gertz, this involved acting in films such as Jersey Girl, Twister, and Gilda Radner: It’s Always Something, as well as TV shows like Sibs, Still Standing, and Ally McBeal, even receiving an Emmy nomination for her guest role on the latter. Ressler, on the other hand, co-founded Apollo Management in 1990 and later established Ares Management in 1997. As of the latest Forbes estimate, his net worth is approximately $13.8 billion.
Beyond these accomplishments, they also embarked on new journeys. They became parents to sons Oliver, Nicholas, and Theo, and Gertz launched her own production company, Lime Orchard Productions, in 2007. Although the company found success with the release of A Better Life—a film that garnered Demián Bichir an Oscar nomination in 2012—Gertz has acknowledged that the business was not financially profitable.
2015 marked a significant shift for Gertz and Ressler as they ventured into a new domain – sports ownership, specifically purchasing the NBA team Atlanta Hawks for $720 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. In an interview with the publication, Gertz described their discussion about the acquisition: “I was moving in and out of our closet, which happened to be his negotiation space. He looked at me, I looked at him, and he asked, ‘Jami, are we going to do this?’ I replied, ‘I don’t know, I’m scared.’ He then said, ‘It would be so much fun!’ We then jumped around, exclaiming, ‘Oh my God — we just bought a basketball team!'”
Despite her busy schedule as an owner, Gertz has found time for acting. Her recent roles include appearances in 2017’s Difficult People and 2022’s I Want You Back. However, she appears to be enjoying a more secluded lifestyle these days.
“It felt like the right time for me to take a break from acting,” Gertz shared with The Hollywood Reporter. “It’s difficult to express because I love my work so much. It has given me countless beautiful experiences, taught me so much about myself and the world around me.”

In the early ’90s, Jonathan Taylor Thomas gained popularity for his role as the clever and lovable middle child Randy Taylor on the show “Home Improvement.” During that decade, he also appeared in movies such as lending his voice to young Simba in “The Lion King” (he didn’t sing in the film), acting alongside Brad Renfro in “Tom and Huck” from 1995, and with Devon Sawa in “Wild America” from 1997.
In 1998, he decided to take a break from “Home Improvement” and instead concentrate on his education. However, he continued to act in various extracurricular activities, with Costa Rica being his temporary destination.
In the year 2004, he played a recurring character on the show “8 Simple Rules.” Then, in 2013, he reconnected with his TV father, Tim Allen, and directed (as well as acted in) several episodes of “Last Man Standing.
Despite stepping out of the limelight to lead a personal life, including his graduation from Columbia University in 2010, Thomas Mann’s presence is still noteworthy without being onscreen. When the paparazzi manage to capture him, those rare instances often generate viral buzz.
At such a young age, Lipnicki has made quite an impact in the film industry, giving performances that rival Tom Cruise in terms of charm in “Jerry Maguire” and nearly matching him in memorable lines. After appearing in the “Stuart Little” movies, “Doctor Dolittle” (voicing Baby Tiger), “The Little Vampire,” “Little Mike,” and a guest role on “Dawson’s Creek,” he decided to pause his acting career for a more conventional high school experience.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m proudly continuing my career in the entertainment industry, gracing the screen in the 2023 Lifetime movie titled “Secrets at the Museum.” Born and raised in Los Angeles, I carry the city’s spirit wherever I go. Not only am I an actor, but I’ve also earned the prestigious rank of a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In May 2021, I felt compelled to lend a helping hand by volunteering for enhanced security outside a mid-city synagogue, stepping up during a period of increased anti-Semitic vandalism and harassment.
In 2017, Lipnicki decided to share on Instagram about the bullying he faced during his middle school years, hoping that by disclosing his personal story, he might offer solace to those going through similar experiences.
1) The kids mercilessly teased him, but apparently they later erased their past actions and sent him friendship requests on Facebook. He said he was told he was washed up and would never land another job, a memory that haunted him each night as he braced for the next day’s humiliation. However, he persevered and expressed gratitude for the wonderful life he now leads, hoping to impart that things do indeed improve.
Wilson starred in Mrs. Doubtfire at 6 and Matilda at 9 before putting acting on the back burner.
In 2016, the author and advocate published her memoir titled “Where Am I Now?: True Tales of Girlhood and Unintended Celebrity.” She also made an appearance on the TV show “Broad City” and lent her voice to various animated series like “BoJack Horseman,” “Big Hero 6: The Series,” and “Helluva Boss.” (paraphrased)
In a February 2021 op-Ed for the New York Times, Wilson reflected on the hazards of early fame for women, recalling an instance where a former friend, with a broad grin, asked, “How does it feel to have reached your pinnacle?” At that time, Wilson didn’t know how to respond, but now she would answer differently. The question is misguided because, in her perspective, she hasn’t yet peaked since the story being told about her isn’t one someone else is writing anymore. She can write it herself.
By the time Gordon-Levitt played Tommy Solomon on “3rd Rock From the Sun” (a show that first aired in 1996), he had already accumulated acting experience. Prior to this role, at only 14 years old, he was cast as Demi Moore’s son in the thriller “The Jury,” which also premiered in 1996.
In the year 1999, he starred as a charming love interest in the movie “10 Things I Hate About You”. Later, in 2004, he portrayed a street-smart character in “Mysterious Skin”, and in the 2005 noir drama “Brick”, he took on the role of a determined teen detective seeking answers about his missing ex-girlfriend.
Even though he appears young enough to be a teenager, his acting career has spanned well into adulthood. Notable roles include “500 Days of Summer,” “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” “Inception,” “50/50,” “The Dark Knight Rises,” “Looper,” “Lincoln,” “Don Jon” (where he also penned the script and took on directing duties), and “Snowden.” In 2020, he delved deeper into historical events as a prosecutor in “The Trial of the Chicago 7,” and more recently, he portrayed Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick in the series “Super Pumped.
He quietly married Tasha McCauley in 2014 and they share three children.
Due to her exceptionally mature acting in the film “The Professional” at age 12 in 1994, Portman quickly gained a sense of seriousness and respect. Since then, she has continued to live up to this reputation by starring in major blockbusters like “Star Wars: Episodes I-III”, the Thor series, and Avengers: Endgame; indie hits such as Beautiful Girls and Garden State; comedies like Mars Attacks! and Your Highness; intense dramas including Closer and Brothers; and apocalyptic thrillers such as V for Vendetta and Annihilation.
In 2010, she won the Best Actress Oscar for her portrayal as a ballet dancer losing her sanity in the film “Black Swan.” This role also earned another nomination when she embodied Jacqueline Kennedy following her husband’s assassination in the movie “Jackie.” In 2015, she made her directorial debut with the film “A Tale of Love and Darkness,” which was based on Amos Oz’s autobiographical novel.
In 2012, she tied the knot with her choreographer, Benjamin Millepied. They are the proud parents of a son named Aleph and a daughter named Amalia. However, they officially ended their marriage in 2024 through a divorce.
Known primarily as the child of Jon Cryer’s character in the divorced sad-sack role (and nephew of Charlie Sheen’s character, a playboy songwriter) on the popular ’00s sitcom “Two and a Half Men,” Jones gained attention. In 2012, a video emerged online where Jones criticized the comedy as “filth.” The clip was from a 15-minute religious testimony for Forerunner Chronicles, an Alabama-based Seventh-day Adventist ministry.
Later on, Jones expressed regret for behaving carelessly towards my coworkers, failing to show them due respect, and not fully appreciating the exceptional chance that I was given.
The actor soon left the series, but returned for the finale in 2015.
In simpler terms, during his final season on the CBS sitcom, Jones reportedly earned $350,000 per episode. He recently shared with Houston TV station KHOU that the show often made jokes about serious issues in our society, which he found problematic because they were real concerns for many people. Despite this, he admitted to being a paid actor who continued to participate, as he wasn’t comfortable with it but was still doing so.
Before receiving an unaccredited role in the 2023 series “Bookie” on IMDb, his last acting credit was from Louis C.K.’s 2016 limited series titled “Horace & Pete”.
In 2016, Jones shared with People that his life at the University of Colorado Boulder was ordinary, as he put it. He further mentioned that for a long time, he had rather pessimistic thoughts, but now he’s enjoying himself and content with his current situation. He no longer feels like each move he makes could potentially trigger an explosion.
Discussing actors who might have been synonymous with one famous role, Daniel Radcliffe has shown great courage in venturing away from Harry Potter. He has taken on diverse roles in various productions, such as the stage plays “Equus” and “The Cripple of Inishmaan”, the musical “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”, the film adaptation of Allen Ginsberg’s life in “Kill Your Darlings”, and even a flatulent corpse in “Swiss Army Man”. On television, he has portrayed an opioid-addicted physician in “A Young Doctor’s Notebook”.
Lately, he completed a four-season stint on Miracle Workers, starred as the lead in The Al Yankovic Story and reappeared on Broadway for Merrily We Roll Along.
On a personal note, Radcliffe is dad to a son with longtime partner Erin Darke.
At approximately six years old, she first appeared on stage in the spinoff series of the Andy Griffith Show titled Mayberry R.F.D., and at 14, she received her initial Oscar nomination for her portrayal as a victimized girl under the control of a sinister pimp in Taxi Driver, whose ordeal motivates Robert De Niro’s character Travis Bickle to resort to violent measures. In 1976, Foster also played a role in the original Freaky Friday, a stark contrast to Taxi Driver, which further established her as a popular child star within mainstream entertainment.
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but marvel at the extraordinary journey of this remarkable actress. After immersing herself deeply in her studies, she graced the hallowed grounds of Yale for a brief respite. Upon returning, she shattered expectations once more, triumphantly claiming her first Oscar for her exceptional portrayal of a courageous gang-rape victim seeking justice against her assailants in “The Accused,” released in 1988.
Her directorial debut came with the heartwarming film “Little Man Tate” in 1991, and the following year she struck gold again, earning a Best Actress Oscar for her captivating performance as a tenacious FBI trainee in “The Silence of the Lambs.
Over the past few years, I’ve been absolutely thrilled to delve deeper into the world of directing, with the 2013 Golden Globes honoring me with the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award for a lifetime of achievements. Among my many accomplishments, I’ve had the privilege to guide episodes of “House of Cards,” “Black Mirror,” and “Orange Is the New Black.” In the realm of the silver screen, my 21st-century ventures include the exhilarating films like “Panic Room,” “Inside Man,” “Elysium,” “Hotel Artemis,” and most recently, “The Mauritanian,” which unexpectedly brought me a Golden Globe win for Best Supporting Actress in 2021.
In the real world, she has two sons from her previous relationship with Cydney Bernard, and she tied the knot with photographer and director Alexandra Hedison in 2014.
In a fitting turn of events, it seemed only natural for veteran child actress Jodie Foster to nurture Kristen Stewart during their collaboration on the 2002 thriller directed by David Fincher, “Panic Room,” where they portrayed mother and daughter. Much like her mentor, Stewart has navigated a complex relationship with fame, but on an unprecedented scale following her groundbreaking, career-defining role as Bella Swan in the Twilight series at just 16 years old, thanks to the immense reach of the Internet.
In an interview with Stellar magazine in 2019, Stewart shared that Foster once believed I wouldn’t keep acting as a career. However, this assumption had nothing to do with my talent and was instead a reflection of Foster’s modest nature. Stewart further explained, “I adore my profession, but I can understand why she might have doubted me at a young age. I cherish her.
Since finishing the five-part Twilight series, the actress and Chanel muse has effortlessly found work opportunities. Apart from her attempt to reboot the Charlie’s Angels franchise in 2019, she has opted for more personal projects, such as The Clouds of Sils Maria, which earned her the first American actress to win a Cesar Award (the French equivalent of the Oscars). She also starred in the mysterious drama Personal Shopper, as well as the films Seberg and Spencer, which are not traditional biopics.
Following the well-publicized breakup with Robert Pattinson, Stewart predominantly engaged in relationships with women, culminating in her marriage to Dylan Meyer in 2025.
In the years preceding the moment he waved his hands to vanish half the Earth’s population, the son of actor James Brolin initially made a name for himself by portraying the character Brandon Walsh – a cool yet exasperated brother who was also protective and kind-hearted in the 1985 film “The Goonies”.
Brolin accumulated a substantial number of films on his resume, such as “Flirting With Disaster,” “Mimic,” “No Country for Old Men,” which won the Best Picture Oscar and significantly boosted his career, “American Gangster,” “W.” where he portrayed 43rd President George W. Bush, “Milk” for which he was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role as Dan White, the San Francisco councilman who assassinated city official and gay rights activist Harvey Milk, “Jonah Hex,” “True Grit,” “Sicario,” “Deadpool 2,” and of course, “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Endgame,” disguised in CGI as the supervillain Thanos. Additionally, he starred in the sci-fi epic “Dune” (parts one and the upcoming sequel).
Josh Brolin has two children from his first marriage to Alice Adair. After that, he was married to Diane Lane from 2004 until 2013. Since then, he and his wife Kathryn Boyn, whom he married in 2016, have had a daughter named Westlyn Reign Brolin in 2018, and another daughter, Chapel Grace Brolin, in December of 2020.
At just ten years old, she first appeared in films, sharing the screen with Cher and Winona Ryder in “Mermaids” and “The Addams Family” (1990). The following year saw her portray Riccias, the witty Wednesday Addams character, in another movie.
In the 1990s, moments that felt timeless were created with films like Casper and Now and Then. Following this, Ricci’s acting career took off, featuring a range of complex characters in movies such as The Opposite of Sex, Buffalo ’66, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Sleepy Hollow, Prozac Nation, Pumpkin, and Monster. In the latter, she portrayed the girlfriend of serial killer Aileen Wuornos, a role that Charlize Theron won an Oscar for.
For the last 30 years, most of what Ricci has been involved in has been thrilling. This includes playing a ’60s-era flight attendant on the TV show Pan Am, being shackled to a radiator in Black Snake Moan, and portraying intriguing real-life women such as ax murderer Lizzie Borden in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles, author and literary inspiration Zelda Fitzgerald in Z: The Beginning of Everything.
Ricci is the mother of son Freddie, who she had with her former spouse James Heerdegen, as well as daughter Cleopatra, whom she has with her current husband Mark Hampton.
Back in December 2021, the actress known as “Yellowjackets” gave birth to a baby girl named Cleopatra. She was already married to hairdresser Mark Hampton by October of the same year.
Macaulay Culkin firmly established his iconic reputation at just 10 years old with a memorable scream in “Home Alone,” but he had been actively working in TV movies since he was around 5, appearing in projects like “Uncle Buck,” “Jacob’s Ladder,” and more. After taking a nearly decade-long break following the release of “Ri¢hie Ri¢h” in 1994, Culkin has intermittently returned to acting, primarily featuring in smaller films with significant cultural impact such as “Party Monster” and “Saved.
Following his roles on Adult Swim’s “Robot Chicken” and a barista portrayal on “The Jim Gaffigan Show”, Macaulay Culkin is expected to appear in the 10th season of “American Horror Story”, scheduled for release in 2021, assuming pandemic safety measures are resolved.
The actor is currently in a relationship with Brenda Song and together they have two sons – Dakota Song Culkin, named after the actor’s late older sister Dakota who passed away in a car accident in 2008, and Carson, who first appeared in public at his father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on December 1st, 2023 when he was one year old.
It appears that Dakota transitioned from portraying Ally McBeal’s 5-year-old self and Sean Penn’s 6-year-old daughter in “I Am Sam” to setting new paths as the first female police department employee turned private detective in the period drama “The Alienist,” not instantaneously though.
She’s been putting in tremendous effort for over two decades, delivering standout performances in films like Uptown Girls, Man on Fire, Hide and Seek, War of the Worlds, Charlotte’s Web, The Secret Life of Bees, three Twilight movies, American Pastoral, and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood. Notably, she played the real-life follower of Charles Manson, Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme, in one of these films.
Apart from acting alongside her younger sibling Elle Fanning in the movie “The Nightingale”, she also received a nomination for a Golden Globe Award in 2025, for her portrayal of Marge Sherwood in the Netflix miniseries titled “Ripley”.
Initially, she made her debut portraying a character named “Lucy” who was two years younger than her sister Dakota’s character in the movie “I Am Sam“. However, this Fanning has since forged her unique path as an actress and developed her own distinctive style, setting herself apart from her equally accomplished sibling.
She gathered typical roles, being the child of established film stars in movies like “Daddy Day Care“, “The Door in the Floor“, “Babel“, and “Reservation Road“. She also made guest appearances on several CSI, Criminal Minds, House, Law & Order: SVU and other shows she probably wasn’t old enough to watch while filming them. However, as a teenager and into her twenties, her film roles spanned various genres. These ranged from family-oriented films such as “We Bought a Zoo” and “Maleficent“, young adult stories like “Super 8” and “Twixt“, to dramas with prestige like “Trumbo” and “20th Century Women“, as well as dark fantasies like “The Neon Demon” and “The Beguiled“.
As she journeyed along, she also portrayed Mary Shelley in a movie bearing the same title and Catherine the Great in the Hulu satirical series titled “The Great“.
In my excitement, I can’t help but reflect on the journey of this extraordinary talent who first captivated me during her iconic days on Disney Channel’s Lizzie McGuire. From there, she gracefully transitioned into heartwarming roles like Agent Cody Banks, Cheaper by the Dozen, and A Cinderella Story, maintaining that enchanting charm throughout!
After a period without significant roles, Duff has shone once more in the TV Land series Younger, portraying a character with multiple layers who works alongside Sutton Foster’s character, pretending to be a millennial. This series, which has been praised critically and is set for a seventh season, also presents an intriguing possibility of a spin-off centered on Duff’s character Kelsey. However, fans who are familiar with the original series (O.G.) were eagerly anticipating her reprisal as Lizzie in a planned Disney+ reboot. Regrettably, the revival of this cherished show has been postponed.
She has since starred in two seasons of How I Met Your Father.
Duff and former hockey player Mike Comrie, the father of their son Luca Comrie, parted ways in 2014 after nearly four years of marriage, eventually finalizing their divorce. Subsequently, Duff and songwriter Matthew Koma had a daughter named Banks Violet Bair in 2018, got married in 2019, and added another baby girl, Mae James Bair, to their family in 2021. Townes Meadow Bair was born in May 2024, completing their beautiful family of four children.
The little sister of the ‘Growing Pains’ star Kirk Cameron, known for her iconic crimped hairstyle, portrayed the studious eldest Tanner sister D.J. on ‘Full House’, a show that was popular from 1987 to 1995 and inspired many 12-year-olds.
She has appeared in numerous TV films, some carrying significant themes, like the 1996 production “No One Would Tell,” which was inspired by a true story of a high school student who was tragically murdered by her 16-year-old boyfriend after enduring his abuse in silence for months (we’re still touched by this).
Lately, following her stint as a co-host for two seasons on “The View,” and rejoining almost the entire Tanner family for five seasons of “Fuller House” on Netflix, Candace has risen to prominence. She now reigns over the Hallmark Channel’s Christmas programming and stars in their Aurora Teagarden murder-mystery series, which is based on the books by Charlaine Harris.
In 2021, she marked the 25-year anniversary of her marriage to the ex-NHL player Valeri Bure, and together they share three kids.
For eight consecutive seasons, Stephanie Tanner, the middle sister on “Full House”, was portrayed by Sweetin. Later, Sweetin faced battles with substance abuse issues, which she openly discussed in her 2009 memoir titled “unSweetined”.
From 2002 to 2016, three marriages contributed to the media buzz, as did her fleeting engagement with Justin Hodak. Hodak, who had several problems, eventually breached a restraining order that had been issued against him, leading to his imprisonment in 2019 for over six years due to illegal possession of a dangerous weapon and falsification of evidence.
For five seasons on Netflix’s “Fuller House” and in several Hallmark Channel films like “Merry and Bright” (2019) and “Just Swipe”, this mother of daughters Zoie and Beatrix, who has been sober since 2008, reconnected with the Tanner family.
The character of Michelle Tanner on the popular ABC sitcom “Full House” was portrayed by not just one, but two individuals who transformed from an innocent baby to a quick-witted 6-year-old. Following their TV success, these twin sisters leveraged their fame into a variety of big-screen and direct-to-video films, establishing a production company, kids clothing lines, books, and other merchandise, eventually expanding into a thriving Olsen business empire.
After 2004’s “New York Minute,” Mary-Kate continued her acting career, joining the cast of “Weeds” for a season and appearing in films like “The Wackness” and “Beastly.” However, Ashley largely stepped away from acting and now, along with Mary-Kate, they are predominantly known as fashion industry powerhouses, co-founding The Row, which won the CFDA Award, and Elizabeth & James.
In 2023, Ashley quietly gave birth to her first child with husband Louis Eisner. Mary-Kate tied the knot with Olivier Sarkozy in 2015 but filed for divorce in 2020.
Prior to his movie stardom, the Academy Awards, and the luxurious yacht lifestyle, Leonardo DiCaprio was a homeless teenager who joined the Seaver family on “Growing Pains” in 1991. Known for his youthful appearance that belied his age (he was already 16 at the time and had years of acting experience under his belt), DiCaprio garnered his first of six Oscar nominations for “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.” He played a string of troubled characters in films like “A Boy’s Life,” “The Basketball Diaries,” “Marvin’s Room,” and the love-struck Romeo in “Romeo + Juliet.
He still kinda looked like a kid in Titanic, but at 22 he had reached full-on heartthrob status.
For the last ten years, Leonardo DiCaprio has appeared in movies like “Inception”, “The Wolf of Wall Street”, “Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood”, “The Revenant” (receiving his first Best Actor Oscar), and “Killers of the Flower Moon”.
Accio, adulthood!
Starting with her promising debut as Hermione Granger in eight Harry Potter films, the English actress later took on Young Adult roles like The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Bling Ring. She also acted alongside Tom Hanks in The Circle, and has been using her status as a UN Goodwill Ambassador to promote women’s empowerment and champion gender equality globally.
Originally from New Mexico, the young actor struck gold on his first attempt, receiving a Golden Globe nomination at just 15 for his initial role as a moody boy who forms a bond with his family’s housekeeper in the 1988 television movie “Clara’s Heart.” However, the future star of the TV series “Doogie Howser, M.D.”, where he portrayed a 16-year-old genius doctor, nearly faced career trouble – a situation that Neil Patrick Harris playfully suggested had occurred when he hilariously parodied himself in the film “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.
Despite a temporary lull in his career as he took time to recuperate from his youthful exuberance in Hollywood, he immersed himself deeply in theater, participating in three Broadway productions. The ideal TV opportunity eventually surfaced, taking the shape of the charming playboy Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, for which he garnered four Emmy nominations. In 2010, he was recognized with no less than three Emmy nominations and two wins, one for co-producing the 2009 Tonys and another for his guest appearance on Glee.
This versatile performer, skilled in acting, singing, dancing, and even magic, has hosted the Tonys on four occasions (winning an Emmy for outstanding special class programming as a producer each time), along with two Emmys and once at the Oscars in 2015. In addition, he received a Tony award in 2014 for Best Actor in a Musical, starring in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
In 2010, Harris and his longtime companion David Burtka became parents to twins Gideon and Harper through surrogacy. They officially got married in 2014.
When she was just 4 years old, she charmed everyone as the adorable Olivia on The Cosby Show. Following this, she starred in movies like The Little Rascals, Doctor Dolittle and its sequel. In 2003, she gained fame for her leading role in the beloved Disney Channel sitcom, That’s So Raven. During this time, she also made appearances on other Disney productions such as The Cheetah Girls, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Kim Possible, and Sonny With a Chance.
After her show ended in 2007, Raven-Symoné appeared on various TV shows such as American Dad, Nashville, State of Georgia, The Jim Gaffigan Show, Master of None, Drunk History, and had a recurring role on Black-ish. Additionally, she co-hosted The View for three seasons, and in June 2020, she married Miranda Maday.
