How to Unlock the “Gutian Congress” Decal
Earn the limited-time “Gutian Congress” decal by completing a simple task:
- Play using Chinese vehicles at Rank III or higher
- Earn 3,000 mission points in battles (70% activity or more)
- Assault mode doesn’t count
- Progress is tracked via: Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → PLA Day
- Manually claim the decal once completed, it will appear under the “Holidays” tab in your Customization menu
