He’d planned to confront them about how they treat her financially and hoped to ‘rescue’ Sheena, but a recent discovery suggests that confrontation won’t be happening as expected.

Forrest was completely surprised when he discovered Sheena’s parents were actually quite wealthy—they arrived at a beautiful home. I was just as shocked, and I have to say, this is the best twist I’ve seen on any reality TV show this year on 90 Day Fiancé.

Sheena’s Parents Live Far Nicer Than She Led Forrest To Believe

When Forrest and Sheena got to her parents’ house, I was really surprised by what the 90 Day Fiancé cameras captured on his face. The scene felt more like something you’d see on a show like The White Lotus, not 90 Day Fiancé. It wasn’t a fancy resort, but it seemed like her family’s bed and breakfast was likely quite expensive for visitors.

Forrest realized Sheena wasn’t telling the truth about how difficult her parents’ life was, and he’s trying to figure out why. His mother, who is very open about personal topics with him, will likely investigate when she comes to visit in the next episode.

Once I got over my surprise about Sheena’s wealthy family, it occurred to me what was really bothering her. I remembered how she pressured Forrest about having a job and needing a future plan, but it wasn’t about the money itself. She was actually concerned he would try to take advantage of her family’s wealth.

I think Sheena will likely come to the US, but she doesn’t want Forrest to rely on her financially. It seems she has the means to travel herself, but wants to see if Forrest can establish a stable career and support her move here. If that happens, it would be interesting to see the tables turned – usually Americans are seen as taking advantage financially, but in this case, it would be Sheena ensuring Forrest is financially secure.
