Ahead of Season 4, Alan Ritchson’s Action Series Reacher Continues to Be 1 of the Most Popular TV Shows in the World

Prime Video found a big success with the action-packed crime series Reacher. While the stories originally came from Lee Child’s books and were previously made into two movies with Tom Cruise, the TV show has become a surprising hit with audiences.

The show Reacher, starring Alan Ritchson, quickly became a hit when it premiered in 2022, and its popularity continues to grow. According to FlixPatrol, it remains highly watched on Prime Video even long after the most recent season finished airing.

The TV series Reacher has quickly climbed the charts, now ranking seventh in the U.S. after returning just two days ago. It also holds the seventh spot worldwide, surpassing Spartacus: House of Ashur, which is currently airing new episodes and sits at tenth place. Reacher recently finished its third season on March 27th.

The popular action series centers around Jack Reacher, a former military police officer who now wanders the U.S. as a drifter. He’s incredibly strong, smart, and capable, and wherever he goes, he inevitably encounters and battles dangerous criminals.

Reacher Season 4 Wrapped Filming

Good news for fans: Prime Video has renewed Reacher for a fourth season. Given the show’s consistent release schedule, Season 4 is expected to premiere in 2026.

The upcoming installment will be based on the thirteenth book in the series, Gone Tomorrow. It will also introduce several new main cast members. Sydelle Noel (known for GLOW) will play Tamara Green, a detective in the Philadelphia police department. Agnez Mo (from Pernikahan) will portray Lila Hoth, a young woman from Indonesia who travels to Philadelphia with her mother, Anggun (from Levitating), to find her American father. Joining them is Kevin Corrigan (Law & Order: Organized Crime) as Detective Docherty, Tamara Green’s partner.
