Alexandra Daddario is known for her work in many popular TV shows and movies. She described making the film as a difficult time, admitting she worried it would damage her career after appearing in a series of unsuccessful movies.
Look, going into this film, everyone knew it had big shoes to fill, being based on that massively popular TV show. And honestly, it just didn’t quite live up to the original – it didn’t have the same magic. But you know what? I still enjoyed it, and I don’t think it’ll hurt the lead actress’s career at all. It was a solid experience, even if it wasn’t a home run.
