Starting May 7th, Netflix will release all six episodes of Legends, a new British crime drama inspired by a real undercover operation from the 1990s. The series, created by Neil Forsyth and starring Tom Burke, Steve Coogan, and Hayley Squires, takes place in the early ‘90s when British customs officials were struggling to stop illegal drug smuggling. Legends follows everyday customs officers who are trained to go undercover – taking on new identities – to infiltrate and expose dangerous drug gangs.

The six-part thriller is directed by Brady Hood (Top Boy, Great Expectations) and Julian Holmes (Reacher, The Boys), both of whom are skilled at building suspenseful and captivating worlds.
