When you come in, head towards the elevator with the two sets of doors. You’ll find that the elevator door is locked.

Next, go inside. You’ll find a zipline there. Use it to reach the top of the tower.
Objective 3: Establish A Connection From The Terminal
Okay, so once you finish the zipline, you’ll land in this control room. Just a heads-up – it’s full of these ARC Pop enemies, and they’re seriously annoying because they explode if you get too close! The room isn’t very big, so they can sneak up on you really easily. You’ve gotta be careful!
Once you’ve defeated the enemies, head to the left side – you’ll find a terminal there. Use the terminal to turn it on, and this will finish the “Lost In Transmission” quest in ARC Raiders.
