All five of the original Final Destination movies, plus the recent Final Destination: Bloodlines, are now available to stream on HBO Max. The series, where death itself is the villain, began with a script originally written for The X-Files called “Flight 180.” It was later developed into the first film by X-Files writers Glen Morgan and James Wong in 2000. The core concept revolves around the idea that death is unavoidable, and anyone who escapes their fate will meet with increasingly elaborate and gruesome accidents.

Coming into this season, we anticipated certain plotlines would be prominent, especially after the events of Virgin River season six. We see a lot of focus on Doc’s issues with the medical board, and the complicated relationship between Brie, Brady, and Mike starts to come to a head. Plus, Lizzie welcomes her baby and navigates the challenges of motherhood.

When you first start playing, you won’t have many options available in the Combine menu. But as you progress and raise your monsties, you’ll unlock more recipes.

It’s no surprise expectations are high for Dan Levy’s follow-up to Schitt’s Creek, and now we have a first look with the trailer for his new series. Instead of simply recreating the success of his previous show, Levy is taking on a more ambitious project. Big Mistakes follows two siblings (Levy and Taylor Ortega) who unexpectedly find themselves involved in organized crime. You can watch the trailer below, released by Netflix.

GPTTRACK50 Inc., a new game studio, is launching its first game, Stupid Never Dies. Although the studio is new to the scene, it’s made up of experienced developers who have worked on many popular games. They’re now applying their expertise in action and horror to a fast-paced and visually striking action RPG, which they describe as ‘delightfully wild.’ While the initial announcement trailer didn’t show much gameplay, GPTTRACK50 recently revealed a first look at gameplay during the Future Game Show Spring Showcase.

It’s been six years since the last Remothered game, and the series is concluding with one final, spooky story. Developed by Stormind and the original creator, Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy aims to recapture the magic of the first game, as the second installment wasn’t as well-received. Even with many excellent horror games being released lately, Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy looks like a standout title and a fitting end to the series.

In a recent podcast interview with Lex Fridman, Jeff Kaplan, a former co-creator of Overwatch, opened up about the challenges he faced while leading the game. He discussed disagreements with people at Blizzard, things he wished had been done differently with Overwatch’s content, and some of his new projects. Although his perspective is personal, his insights offer valuable lessons for developers of other ongoing, live-service games even today.
