The beta test for Battlefield 6 is back, now open to all players across all gaming platforms. In addition to Liberation Peak, Iberian Offensive, and The Siege of Cairo, you can engage in combat within the Empire State locale. Notably, this map is exclusive to infantry fights and features more verticality with rooftops and other such structures as players clash in Brooklyn.
Besides Conquest, Conquest: Closed Weapons, Breakthrough, and Domination, you’ll find two exciting new game modes – Rush and Squad Deathmatch. In Rush mode, one team plants explosives at key objectives (M-COMs) with the goal of destroying all of them. If they succeed, the defending team retreats to the next zone, and this cycle continues.
Squad Deathmatch is a competition where four teams engage in combat, with the team accumulating the most kills declared the winner. The beta concludes on August 17th, and players who successfully complete all challenges will receive the War Machine tank skin, Striking Distance weapon set, and Bat Company dog tag for use in the full version of the game.
The action-packed game, “Battlefield 6,” is set to release on October 10th, compatible with Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and personal computers. Catch up on our thoughts about the initial weekend’s beta experience by following this link.
