The BBC has announced that the MasterChef 2026 finale will be broadcast in just a few weeks.
The competition concludes with the final episode, where one contestant will be crowned the 2026 champion. It will be broadcast on BBC One at 8pm on Friday, June 5th.
The show’s newest season premiered in April with some changes: Grace Dent and Anna Haugh joined as judges, replacing Gregg Wallace and John Torode.
Wallace and Torode were removed as hosts in July 2025. However, the BBC decided to still broadcast season 21—the one filmed in 2024 with both of them—to be fair to the contestants who had already participated.

Haugh expressed his excitement about returning to MasterChef, and shared his admiration for fellow judge Grace Dent, praising her writing and sense of humor.
