Beanie Feldstein Is Preganant, Expecting First Baby

Beanie Feldstein is making the leap from a funny girl to a mom-to-be.

Almost two years after marrying producer Bonnie-Chance Roberts, the Broadway star has announced they are expecting their first child.

Beanie and Bonnie shared a photo on Instagram on May 4th of themselves holding Lea Michele’s baby bump, all dressed in pink. The post also included a picture of a pink and white cake, and they jokingly announced, “A limited edition ‘Scouse Beanie Baby’ is on the way!”

Everyone was absolutely thrilled to hear about the couple’s baby girl on the way! As a director who’s worked with Beanie – I had the pleasure of directing her in Booksmart – I couldn’t help but think what a lucky little one she’ll be. I even joked about becoming a grandma! And honestly, seeing news like that just feels… good. My dear friend Ben Platt put it perfectly – it feels like the universe is healing. It’s just a beautiful time for them, and everyone’s sending so much love!

Beanie Feldstein and Bonnie Chance Roberts celebrated their marriage in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in upstate New York in 2023. The wedding weekend at Cedar Lakes Estate in the Hudson Valley was full of fun and included guests like Sarah Paulson (Beanie’s co-star in American Crime Story), Kaitlyn Dever (from Booksmart), Holland Taylor, Adam Levine, and Behati Prinsloo.

Beanie shared with Vogue that their shared home feels like a special, happy place. She explained that camp has been a long-standing tradition in her family – she spent ten years attending as a child, and her parents and all four grandparents actually met at summer camp, making it a legacy of love passed down through the generations.

I was so touched when she talked about meeting Bonnie on the set of How to Build a Girl back in 2019. It was amazing to hear her say that getting married at a camp felt like a really special, emotional return to where she truly belonged.

The Golden Globe nominee remembered every part of the special day, from her own made-to-order Gucci dress to the lovely pale pink suit worn by Bonnie.

Beanie shared with the publication that they never expected to be wearing Gucci on their wedding day. They described it as even better than they had hoped for.

And naturally, it only felt like the beginning.

Beanie described meeting Bonnie through their friend Ben as a really special moment, especially their first dance at the reception. They danced all night in the barn and then continued the celebration at an after-party held in a treehouse.
