But now they are about to release their biggest non-Pokemon title yet: Beast of Reincarnation.

Okay, so I’ve been checking out Beast of Reincarnation, and it’s honestly a pretty cool mix of things. Beast of Reincarnation release date

The game Beast of Reincarnation is scheduled to launch on August 4, 2026. It won’t have an early access period, meaning all players will be able to start playing on the same day.

The game was first shown to the public in June 2025 at the Xbox Game Showcase, with further details revealed at events in January and February 2026 – the Xbox Developer Direct and PlayStation’s State of Play, respectively. The release date was announced during these presentations, and viewers got a detailed look at the game’s story, world, characters, and combat. We learned how the two main characters, Emma and Koo, will team up to defeat robots and creatures and save their land.

Can I pre-order Beast of Reincarnation?

If you pre-order now, you’ll receive 30,000 Amber and a Brown Shiba skin for your Koo character.

Besides the standard version of the game, a Deluxe Edition is also available. It comes with 100,000 extra Amber, some seeds to grow vegetables in the game, and exclusive cosmetic items. These include a special sword (‘Big Dipper’) and hat (‘Oni’s Hat’) for Emma, and a Black Shiba skin for Koo.

What consoles and platforms can play Beast of Reincarnation?

Beast of Reincarnation is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Currently, those are the only confirmed platforms, and a release on Switch 2 hasn’t been announced.

The game will launch on Xbox and PC as part of the Game Pass subscription service, meaning you can play it immediately with your membership.

Like many games these days, Beast of Reincarnation isn’t expected to come to PS5 or Xbox One, and it probably won’t. If a version for the Nintendo Switch is made, it will likely be for the newer model, not the original Switch.

Okay, so I’m really getting into this game. It’s got this amazing vibe – one minute you’re feeling totally isolated, and the next you’re really relying on your partner. The world itself is wild, like barren landscapes suddenly exploding with forests. You play as Emma and Koo, and as you explore, their relationship gets stronger, and they unlock new skills together. It’s beautiful, but also really unforgiving, which makes it even more engaging.

Beast of Reincarnation is an action RPG where you customize your character with different gear and skills, and choose to play as a stealthy character or a powerful attacker. You’ll control both Emma and Koo – with Koo using turn-based combat and special abilities to defeat challenging bosses and enemies.
