Bella Hadid is a true angel for carrying all that weight.
The supermodel shared that her wings were surprisingly heavy while walking in the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 15th.
Bella shared a photo on Instagram showing her runway look from the event. She wore a silver, fringed lingerie outfit and large, white fluffy wings. The 29-year-old completed the look with diamond earrings and styled her blonde hair with a sleek side part.
Bella jokingly wrote with a picture, ‘Let’s just ignore the fact that these wings weigh fifty pounds… they’re absolutely gorgeous!’
Let me tell you, it wasn’t just her silver look that everyone was talking about! Bella really commanded attention on the runway, and she absolutely *glowed* when she walked out during Karol G’s performance in a gorgeous red lace bra and underwear set. And speaking of runway stars, her sister Gigi Hadid definitely brought her A-game to Victoria’s Secret as well – those two are a force!

In 2014, Alessandra Ambrosio shared that her elaborate, jewel-covered costume from the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show weighed nearly 60 pounds during a TV appearance on *Late Night with Seth Meyers*. More recently, in 2024, Barbara Palvin mentioned wearing 40-pound wings while walking the runway.
The models prepare for the show with months of intense training and a specialized diet to build the strength needed to confidently walk with their large wings.
