Bitget, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is marking the 3rd anniversary of its Blockchain4Youth initiative with a new campaign called ‘Boxed for Opportunity.’ This campaign aims to connect promising new talent in the Web3 space with job opportunities. Inspired by Bitcoin Pizza Day, ‘Boxed for Opportunity’ offers a unique way to find talent: exceptional resumes and portfolios will be printed on pizza boxes and delivered to Web3 companies and industry leaders.
Blockchain4Youth has already reached over 15,000 people worldwide and worked with more than 70 universities, hosting over 100 events on campuses to nurture the next generation of Web3 professionals. Now, as the program begins its third year, Bitget is shifting its focus to provide more practical ways for young people to use their blockchain knowledge and build careers.
Following the launch of the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub – a program that provides teens with professional credentials, structured learning, and career guidance – the new campaign aims to connect talented individuals with job opportunities. The Learning Hub’s Talent Alliance gives participants exclusive access to jobs, insights into the industry, and connections with companies like Bondex, Morph Network, and Foresight Ventures. This campaign, called Boxed for Opportunity, expands on this work by directly linking skilled people with potential employers.
This campaign will ask participants to share their background, skills, and contact information, as well as the areas where they’re looking for work. They’ll also be able to submit examples of their best work, like portfolios, to demonstrate their skills in the Web3 space. The most promising candidates will have their resumes printed on pizza boxes and hand-delivered to companies and partners in key locations, and we’ll also promote them online with the help of local influencers.
This campaign helps young people break into the Web3 industry by accepting work both online and in person, and by getting the community involved. It celebrates Bitcoin Pizza Day – a famous story in the crypto world – and uses it as a way to support the next wave of talented developers, artists, and professionals.
Bitget’s CMO, Ignacio Aguirre Franco, believes the success of Web3 depends on supporting today’s young people. Their Blockchain4Youth initiative aims to provide learning opportunities, showcase talent, and connect young individuals with the Web3 community so they can contribute to its growth.
With Blockchain4Youth moving forward, Bitget is dedicated to supporting the next generation of blockchain professionals. Through collaborations with universities, on-campus events, and practical learning experiences, this program remains central to Bitget’s goal of making blockchain education widely available and creating opportunities for impactful careers and positive change worldwide.
