The wedding aspect itself carries a subtle resemblance to the old series, as the original concept aimed for the featured couples to eventually get married based on the shown dates.
Originally, the classic British game show presented a contestant with three possible suitors concealed behind a screen. When the right choice was made, the screen would retract to unveil the selected companion.
As per reports from an inside source, the upcoming revival is expected to preserve many cherished aspects of the series, such as the iconic sliding wall, and there’s talk about recruiting a well-known woman for hosting duties, much like Cilla Black once did.

Previously, Holly’s spouse, Dan Baldwin, had been pondering the idea of a comeback. Moreover, Holly had once taken on the role of Cilla when she hosted the reprised version of Surprise Surprise.
