Nicola Coughlan and Aimee Lou Wood will host the upcoming two episodes of Saturday Night Live UK.
The comedy show will be off the air for a week, but it’s coming back with four more episodes starting on Saturday, April 25th, with a performance by Coughlan. The Foo Fighters will also be performing as the musical guest.
On Saturday, May 2nd, Aimee Lou Wood, known for her roles in Sex Education and The White Lotus, will host an event featuring a performance by the musical artist MEEK.
The show has been hosted by a variety of stars, including Tina Fey, Jamie Dornan, Riz Ahmed, and most recently, Jack Whitehall. Jorja Smith performed as the musical guest during Whitehall’s episode.

The show started last month with a strong debut, attracting 226,000 viewers. However, ratings have declined with each new episode. The second episode saw a 36% decrease, bringing the audience to 205,000, and the third episode received 130,950 viewers.
It’s also important to remember that these numbers don’t include people who watched the show later on catch-up services or those who saw clips shared online – which have generated millions of views.

Deadline reports that 120,000 people tuned in to watch the most recent episode, representing 1.6% of the British television audience at that time.
The show has become popular with fans of Saturday Night Live and other comedians. Alex Horne previously shared with TopMob that the cast, while seeming new, are actually very experienced performers, many of whom have a history performing at the Edinburgh Fringe festival. He’s excited to see what they create each week, from Monday rehearsals to Saturday’s show.
