Britain’s Got Talent confirms live final date as 2026 series to come to dramatic close in weeks

ITV has announced the date for the Britain’s Got Talent finale, and it’s happening very soon!

The live final of the 2026 series will air on Saturday 30 May at 7pm on ITV1 and ITVX.

We’ve had four semi-final shows, and eight performers have earned their spot in the live final.

Poet Sonny Green and magician Rafferty Coope advanced to the finals after performing in the fourth semi-final on Saturday, May 17th.

I’m so excited for the finale! It’s going to be amazing with singer Matty Juniosa, the incredible dog duo Anastasiia and Salsa, and the fantastic dance group LMA all competing for the top spot.

Magician Fabian Fox, fire-juggler Liwei Yang, and comedian Ted Hill have all made it to the final. Two more finalists will be revealed during Saturday’s last semi-final show.

The latest season of the show premiered in February and featured a fresh group of talented performers.

This season of Britain’s Got Talent features a new judge: KSI is taking over for Bruno Tonioli, who left the show because of other commitments.

KSI will be a judge on the show, having previously filled in for a dancer and choreographer for a short time in 2025. He’ll be joined by Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon, who are returning judges.

Presenting duo Ant & Dec are also back as hosts of the popular series.

I was so excited to see Harry Moulding win Britain’s Got Talent last year! It was amazing when KSI used the golden buzzer to send him straight to the final – I knew he had a real chance then, and he totally delivered!

Moulding’s life was transformed after winning £250,000 and a chance to perform at the Royal Variety Performance.
