Astrolabe Games and Smarto Club have launched a free update for the PC game Bubblegum Galaxy called “Study Mode.” This new feature brings a virtual companion, Haco, to sit with players as they work or study, aiming to boost productivity.
Here is an overview of the mode, via Astrolabe Games:
With “Study Mode,” Haco virtually sits with you at your desk as you work or study, creating a calm and productive environment. This mode includes the game’s complete soundtrack and a timer based on the Pomodoro Technique to help you focus and manage your time. You can adjust the window size and keep it on top of other apps, so Haco can be a helpful companion throughout your day.
As a fan, I’m really glad that all the cool stuff I’ve already collected – my office decorations and character costumes – automatically show up in Study Mode! If I want to change how Haco looks or decorate her cubicle, I can do that easily in the main game before I even start Study Mode from the Main Menu. It’s a nice touch!
This update includes several bug fixes, and to mark the occasion, Bubblegum Galaxy is 20% off—a great chance to check it out if you’ve been considering it! Plus, if you’re attending Gamescom LATAM, you can play the game at the Latin American Games Showcase booth!
You can now play Bubblegum Galaxy on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam.
