Caitlyn Jenner Makes Rare Appearance After Sophia Hutchins’ Death

Caitlyn Jenner wouldn’t miss her son’s big day for the world.

About two weeks following the tragic ATV accident that took the life of her manager and friend, Sophia Hutchins, the Kardashians star showed up infrequently to stand by Brody Jenner, son of Linda Thompson, during his wedding ceremony.

In fact, as reported by TMZ, a 75-year-old individual was present at the event where the Hills alum, who is in a long-term relationship with Tia Blanco and has a 23-month old daughter named Honey Raye Jenner, got married. This ceremony took place at Linda’s residence in Malibu.

Last week, just days before attending my son’s heartfelt wedding, news broke about Sophia’s accident in the Malibu mountains. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department as reported by the Daily Mail, she was driving a 2013 Polaris four-wheeler when it collided with a 2016 Mazda sedan. After the rear-end collision, Sophia unfortunately lost control and plummeted off a 350-foot cliff.

It appears that she didn’t seem to be tailing them, Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo from Malibu/Lost Hills mentioned, clarifying there were two unscathed women in the vehicle. He suggested she might have simply encountered them before colliding with their car.

He went on to say, “It seemed as though she was attempting to navigate around it, but she was moving too swiftly. Instead, she struck the back of that Mazda, which made her lose control and plummet over the cliff.

Moreover, despite going through difficult periods since the event, Caitlyn found it essential not to miss her son’s wedding.

Although Brody and Caitlyn have grown to share a strong connection today, their relationship wasn’t free of difficulties in the past. In fact, at one point, Brody, now 41, openly spoke about feeling a sense of abandonment due to his father’s transition in 2015 during his childhood.
