I was so hyped when I saw Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse at the last PlayStation State of Play! And if you’re as excited as I am and can’t wait to see more, you’re in luck! It’s going to be part of the Triple-i Initiative Showcase on April 9th. They’re streaming it on YouTube and Twitch at 9 AM Pacific Time, and it’s going to be a pretty long show – over 45 minutes long!
The event is hosted by Evil Empire, the team behind Belmont’s Curse, so their presence is expected. But there’s plenty more to be excited about! We’ll also see Dead as Disco, Risk of Rain 2, Windrose, Alkahest, and Alabaster Dawn. Plus, developers like sunset visitor (1000xRESIST), tinyBuild, Daedalic Entertainment, 11 bit studios, Klei, Outersloth, and Devolver Digital will be participating.
Okay, so get this – the showcase is going to be huge! They’re promising eight brand new game reveals and first looks at gameplay. And if that doesn’t get you hyped, they’re also planning some really detailed looks at a few games after the main show, promising no filler – just straight-up info.
We’re likely to find out when games like Dead as Disco and Windrose will be released – both were very popular during Steam Next Fest. Radical Fish Games has also hinted at a major announcement, possibly revealing the early access date for Alabaster Dawn, which was originally planned for release last year. Keep an eye out for more news and announcements during the event!
Alabaster Dawn will be at the @iii_initiative showcase on April 9th!
That’s 45 minutes with back-to-back trailers of games from other studios like us – with world premieres, gameplay reveals, launch dates & more.
And yes: We’ll have a big announcement! #iiishowcase— RadicalFishGames (@RadicalFishGame) March 18, 2026
