Homestuck started as a webcomic created by Andrew Hussie in 2009 and continued for several years. Robert Rodriguez’s sci-fi horror film The Faculty started streaming on Paramount+ on September 1st. The movie, which takes place at an Ohio high school where the teachers are infected by parasites from space, earned a strong $63.2 million at the box office. However, it wasn’t an immediate blockbuster and instead gained a dedicated cult following over time. The addition to Paramount+’s streaming service comes just a few months after Miramax revealed plans for a remake. Rodriguez will be back as a producer on the new film, and Drew Hancock of Companion will be writing the script.
