Surprisingly, Marvel Comics initially announced a series of comics connected to the film Rogue One, including a three-issue prequel and a separate one-off issue planned for release later. However, details about the creative teams and storylines were never shared. A month after the announcement, the comics were canceled – subscriptions with retailers were terminated, and Amazon informed customers that pre-orders were unable to be filled.

From February 9th to 15th, How to Train Your Dragon was the third most popular movie on Netflix, racking up 6.1 million views and a total of 12.7 hours watched. It was preceded by The Investigation of Lucy Letby and Joe’s College Road Trip. The film secured its third-place position by outperforming Kpop Demon Hunters. This marked the first week the movie appeared in Netflix’s top 10.

DC Comics made some exciting announcements at ComicsPro, including the return of the Teen Titans! The team hasn’t had its own regular series since 2022’s Teen Titans Academy, but they’re back for a new chapter, this time with Red Hood joining the lineup. Even more exciting is that the series will be written by Kyle Higgins and illustrated by Daniele Di Nicuolo – the creative team behind the acclaimed Power Rangers event, Shattered Grid.

Spencer recently announced on Twitter that he’s retiring after 38 years at Microsoft. He says it’s rare to realize when one phase of life is ending, but he feels ready to start a new one and is grateful for the experiences he’s shared with so many people.

Shuhei Tanizaki’s manga, Gonron Egg, had a strong start when it launched last fall, but it hasn’t been doing well recently. A time skip after just 15 chapters was a worrying sign, and now it appears the series is heading towards cancellation, with the final battle set to begin next week. With only 16 chapters published, it looks like the series will be ending soon.

Moviegoers have a relatively quiet week ahead until March 1st, when both Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom become available. If you’re not interested in dinosaurs or science fiction, Mark Wahlberg’s Deepwater Horizon is another option.

From the start, the game got its main character right. Link, the hero of The Legend of Zelda, is a gaming icon, and the qualities that make him so popular were present from the very beginning. While it took time for other characters like Zelda and Ganon to become fully developed, Link had a relatable personality and enough general qualities to allow players to easily connect with and play as him. Throughout the series, from the first game to the latest, Link has consistently been a fantastic protagonist.

Marvel stories often explore very dark themes. They’ve surprised readers with unexpectedly grim narratives, and these seven stories represent the most intense examples. They really challenge what it means to be a hero within the Marvel Universe.

The series In the Mud (or En el Barro) follows a group of female inmates who develop a strong connection after a near-fatal accident. Set inside a harsh prison, the show explores how corruption and internal conflicts threaten to break apart their newfound bond. Currently in its second season, In the Mud has received perfect ratings from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and continues to be critically acclaimed.
