Following the events of Order 66, Jedi Padawan Devon Izara and Jedi Master Eeko-Dio Daki have found refuge on the previously untouched planet of Janix. However, they clash over how to move forward: Devon is willing to resort to theft for survival, while Master Daki believes in upholding his principles and relying on the kindness of others. Their differing approaches lead to further complications when Devon is arrested for stealing, only to be unexpectedly released from prison by Maul.

In the series Pluribus, Beata Wydra portrays Zosia, one of the many people infected by an alien virus and part of the collective consciousness. Zosia often communicates with the character Carol Sturka, played by Rhea Seehorn. The first season was a critical and commercial success for Apple TV+, ending with a shocking cliffhanger: Carol bringing an atomic bomb home. Fans are eager for the show’s return, but creator Vince Gilligan has stated it won’t be an annual event.

Honestly, I was pretty puzzled by The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim. It didn’t get great reviews and actually lost money in theaters, which made me wonder who they were even trying to reach with it. As a huge Tolkien fan, I was hoping for something that would expand on the world we already love, something that would feel as epic as Peter Jackson’s films. But this animated prequel, set long before those events, just didn’t add much new. And from what I understand, it was kind of thrown together quickly because of some rights issues, and you can definitely feel that in the final product – it just lacked that spark.

The newest show is Maul – Shadow Lord, an animated series following the iconic character as he tries to regain his strength in the criminal world and exact revenge on the Empire.
