In the movie *Superman*, Superman’s biological parents, Jor-El (played by Bradley Cooper) and Lara, aren’t portrayed as purely heroic figures. Initially, Superman believes they sent him to Earth to be a helper, but a message accompanying him later reveals their true intention: for him to *rule* over Earth. Director James Gunn, in commentary exclusive to the iTunes version of the film, notes that he isn’t the first to depict Superman’s parents with less-than-noble motives.

The trailer for the highly anticipated *Wolverine* game is finally here, giving PlayStation 5 players a first glimpse at Insomniac’s new Marvel title. Fans are thrilled with the footage, which is action-packed, violent, and visually stunning. The trailer shows Wolverine using his claws to fight enemies, features a scary appearance by Omega Red, and includes a surprising cameo from Mystique.

These ratings look good, especially considering that two large broadcasting companies, Nexstar and Sinclair, are still refusing to air Kimmel’s show in many areas. Disney is emphasizing that these numbers prove Kimmel is essential to late-night TV, even when his show isn’t available to viewers in numerous cities.

Now that both *28 Days Later* and its upcoming sequel, *28 Years Later*, are available on Netflix, I revisited the original zombie film and was reminded of how much I enjoy a surprisingly lighthearted scene. It’s a moment with no zombies or suspense, just pure, simple fun.

The popular TV show *Downton Abbey* concluded in 2015 after six seasons, but the story continued with three subsequent films. With the upcoming release of *Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale* in 2025, many believe this beloved historical drama has reached its end. However, the show’s creator, Julian Fellowes, has hinted at a possible return for the franchise and explained why the series never explored the events of World War II.

That changed with the premiere of “We’ve Got Company” on Paramount+, and now I think I understand how she played a role in her parents’ separation.

Fans recently noticed The Watcher appearing in the background of Marvel Zombies and shared their discovery on X (formerly Twitter). One user, @syriangeekvibes, posted a screenshot and asked how many others had spotted him watching the events unfold.

The trailer doesn’t feature every major Wolverine enemy – we don’t see Sabretooth or Silver Samurai, though they could still appear in the final game.

The Nova Corps knew what was happening with the zombie outbreak and deliberately chose not to help the heroes. They ordered the heroes to return to Earth and threatened to destroy their ship if they refused.
