At the premiere of “The Old Guard 2” held at Netflix Tudum Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday, Charlize Theron captured attention with her bold, red-carpet ensemble.
The award-winning actress, celebrating her 50th birthday this August, displayed her slender 5ft10in frame in a sleek black-fishnet turtleneck catsuit from Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection. This ensemble was adorned with the phrase ‘Givenchy Paris 1952.’
Underneath the onesie, Charlize Theron revealed a coordinated ensemble featuring a black bra and high-waisted panties. She added a striking touch to her vampy style with a tuxedo blazer and square-toed ankle booties, chosen by her stylist Leslie Fremar.
Hair artist Adir Abergel styled Charlize Theron’s popular short, blonde bob into a complex double-braided bun hairstyle for the television event.
Make-up artist Kate Lee accentuated the model’s thin eyebrows, highlighted her striking cheekbones, and painted her lips a natural shade.
Or, more casually:
Kate Lee made the South African beauty’s brows skinny, showed off her cheekbones, and gave her a nude lipstick on her pout.
Charlize’s fellow actors, including Chiwetel Ejiofor, Marwan Kenzari, KiKi Layne, Henry Golding, and Uma Thurman, seemed quite entertained as she confidently showcased her skills before them.
As Theron made her way over to the end of the line, Uma enthusiastically greeted her.
In their initial collaboration, the towering Golden Globe recipients found themselves teaming up for the first time, specifically during an intense battle sequence where four helicopters played a crucial role.
‘The great Uma Thurman! She’s a legend,’ Charlize gushed on The View Tuesday.
When Uma and I worked together, it was simply wonderful. It felt as if we had captured everyone’s dreams and expectations. To me, she stands among the greatest actresses. Indeed, she has been exceptional, and I admire her in every film she’s made.
In the Netflix sequel that airs on July 2, Theron once again took up the character of Andromache ‘Andy’, a warrior who is 6,732 years old from Scythia, while Thurman assumed the part of the antagonist, Discord.
In addition to appearing as a guest star at the studio, this individual also served as an executive producer for Victoria Mahoney’s television version of Greg Rucka’s 2017 graphic novel. This production concluded all the way back in 2022.
Instead of the original sentence, you could say: The 55-year-old actress nominated for an Oscar wore a beige Nehru-collared sleeveless blouse paired with a long skirt of the same color, along with strappy sandals, to showcase her tall and slender frame (which stands at 5ft11in).
Uma accessorized her sleeveless silky attire with Fred Leighton jewelry.
Thurman appeared equally excited to meet up with director Victoria Mahoney once more for The Old Guard 2, as they warmly greeted each other while Mahoney was dressed in a black and white dress adorned with floral details.
After her role as The Queen of Queens, she casually walked up to Charlize, who was carefully adjusting a black feathered trail on Kiki’s dress.
In a striking silver, embellished gown chosen by stylist Oretta Corbelli, the 33-year-old actress, reprising her role as immortal warrior Nile Freeman, momentarily revealed her thigh during the event.
