James Gunn’s new DC Universe is leaning into intense, unsettling visuals with the upcoming film Clayface. Gunn has repeatedly promised that this new DCU will be bold and different from typical comic book movies, and the first trailer for Clayface, shown at CinemaCon, strongly suggests he’s delivering on that promise.
