Chorus Worldwide and Toge Productions have announced that Coffee Talk Tokyo will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC (via Steam) starting March 5, 2026.
A special Collector’s Edition will be offered, featuring a 10-song City Pop album, the ‘Seattle Prologue Chapter,’ and a digital art book you can access within the game.
Here is an overview of the game, via its Steam page:
About
In Coffee Talk Tokyo, you play as a barista in a late-night Tokyo cafe, serving warm drinks to both people and magical creatures. The drinks you make affect how conversations unfold, letting you discover the personal stories, hopes, and challenges of a brand new group of characters.
I’m really excited that we can play around with all kinds of drinks, both hot and cold! And the latte art? It’s so cool you can use stencils to make amazing designs. But honestly, the best part is Tomodachill – it’s like a little social feed in the game that lets you learn all sorts of things about what your customers are thinking and feeling. It adds a whole new layer to the gameplay!
The game features a relaxing lo-fi soundtrack created by Andrew “AJ” Jeremy, who also composed the music for Coffee Talk and Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly. The music combines mellow jazz and gentle beats, evoking the atmosphere of warm summer nights in Tokyo.
