Bitget Expands Unified Trading Account with Tokenized Stocks as Margin Assets

Bitget, a leading global exchange, now allows users to use 15 different tokenized stocks and ETFs as collateral when trading USDT-M Futures through its Unified Trading Account and Multi-Asset Mode. Starting June 4th (UTC+8), this feature lets traders use these tokenized assets to increase their trading power and manage multiple types of assets from one account.

Bitget now supports trading several new tokenized assets, including shares of companies like Apple (rAAPL), Amazon (rAMZN), and Tesla (rTSLA), as well as popular ETFs like QQQ and SPY. This update lets users do more than just buy and sell these assets on the spot market – they can now use them in futures trading to create more advanced strategies.

With more people investing in tokenized assets worldwide, they’re seeking greater versatility in how they trade, explains Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. Allowing tokenized stocks and ETFs to be used as collateral enhances the flexibility of our Unified Trading Account and provides a smoother connection between cryptocurrency and traditional financial products.

Bitget’s Unified Trading Account simplifies managing your investments by letting you handle spot trading, futures, and margin all in one place. With its Multi-Asset Mode for USDT-M Futures, you can use a variety of assets to cover margin requirements, making your capital work harder and allowing you to trade in multiple markets. Plus, the platform now includes tokenized stocks and ETFs, giving you even more investment options.

This launch is happening because more and more traders want ways to connect digital assets with traditional financial markets. As trading in tokenized stocks becomes more popular, traders are looking for efficient ways to move money between different products without having to move funds between accounts or convert their holdings. Allowing margin trading on these assets helps make them more useful and practical within the larger trading world.

Bitget has been growing its all-in-one trading platform, bringing together cryptocurrencies, tokenized versions of traditional assets like stocks, and derivative trading into a single account. Currently, users can trade over 100 tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, currencies, and precious metals, providing easier access to global financial markets.
