The singer of “Dyin’ Flame” has canceled the rest of his When No One’s Around Tour. It began on May 1st in Commerce, Texas.
On May 11th, Tayler announced on Instagram that they unfortunately had to cancel their upcoming shows. They explained it was a very difficult decision, but necessary. The message was directed to their fans, friends, and those who had planned to attend.
The 28-year-old shared that they’ve been dealing with ongoing mental health challenges that they can’t ignore any longer. They explained that while they’ve been trying to work through it and prioritize their music and fans, they’ve reached a breaking point and need to focus on their well-being by taking a break.
Even though Tayler achieved all his lifelong goals, he still felt incredibly lonely and unfulfilled.
He went on to say that playing for his fans was the biggest honor of his life, and that he hadn’t made this decision easily.

The singer of “Nothin’ But Neon” also expressed his apologies to fans who had bought tickets and made arrangements to attend his concerts, acknowledging the frustration and letdown this cancellation would cause.
As for how Tayler plans to spend the time away from the stage?
He announced he’s taking a break to rest, focus on his well-being, and recharge after the demands of touring. He expressed his gratitude to fans for their understanding and support, saying it meant the world to him, and encouraged them to prioritize their own self-care and look out for one another.

Tayler isn’t the only celebrity recently choosing to prioritize personal well-being over touring. Meghan Trainor also canceled her tour, explaining she wanted to spend more time with her family.
The Grammy-winning artist announced on Instagram that they need to prioritize family and are postponing tour plans. They explained that with a new baby joining their family of five, and a new album just released, they need to be home and fully present for their children and loved ones right now.
She added, “I promise I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record.”
