Were you hoping for a new Crimson Desert update this week? Pearl Abyss announced it’s been delayed slightly. They need a bit more time for testing and polishing before releasing the update, but it should be available later this week.
The next update should be a big one! It’s adding difficulty levels, making your inventory easier to manage with category tabs, and improving how distant objects look. Because of these improvements, this update is much larger than usual, so be aware of that when you download it.
This update is looking awesome! They’re letting us customize our controls with keyboard/mouse and controller presets, which is huge for how I like to play. Beyond that, I’m really excited to see what else they’ve packed in. They’ve already confirmed support for the new Intel Arc GPUs, which is a great bonus, and they’re adding new abilities – Axiom Force and Nature’s Snare – for Damiane and Oongka. Plus, three new combat music tracks? Seriously, this update has a ton going for it!
Learn about the latest updates to Crimson Desert or discover Pearl Abyss’s future vision for the game. Available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC, Crimson Desert has already sold over five million copies globally. Though the game has seen substantial changes since its release last month, you can find a detailed look at the core gameplay in our review.
Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update on what we’re working on. We’re getting ready to launch our next update, and it’s going to be a good one! We’re adding a bunch of stuff we talked about last week, like proper keyboard/mouse and controller settings so you can really customize how you play. We’re also finally putting in difficulty settings – you’ve been asking for those! Plus, we’re making the inventory way easier to manage with category tabs. We’re really excited to get this into your hands and make the game even better.
