House of the Dead 2: Remake, which came out on Nintendo Switch and PC several months ago, is coming to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 later this month.
The game will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5 starting October 24th, which is perfect timing for a spooky Halloween experience.
However, it’s worth noting that this updated version hasn’t been well-received by players on Switch and PC. Reviews on Steam are mostly unfavorable, ranging from mixed to largely negative, and user feedback on sites like Metacritic has been harsh.
Many players have criticized the game’s updated graphics and its reliance on controller controls.

It’s important to note this game is made by the same team behind the remake of the original *House of the Dead*, which we didn’t think was very good – our review gave it a 5 out of 10.
