Danny Dyer, famed for his roles in EastEnders and Rivals, is set to return to our TV screens with the second installment of his Sky comedy series Mr Bigstuff, and it won’t be too far off!
Mr. Bigstuff’s second season is set to premiere on both Sky and NOW on the 24th of July, which means we have approximately two more weeks to look forward to it.
In the second season, we’ll see Dyer reprising his role as Lee Campbell, whereas Ryan Sampson, who is also the show’s creator, will join him by playing Glen, his character’s estranged brother. Additionally, Harriet Webb will return to portray Kirsty in the upcoming episodes.
The official summary for season 2 indicates that events unfold two weeks following the surprising revelation that their father isn’t deceased. Lee and Glen react distinctly to this news.
However, as turmoil escalates and doubts accumulate, the brothers join forces on a quest to locate him. Simultaneously, Kirsty is asserting her authority in both her bedroom and boardroom, but an ill-timed kiss and a secret blackmailer pose a risk of causing everything to collapse.
As secrets are revealed and emotions run high, it appears that another explosive family conflict is imminent.

After winning the BAFTA TV Award for Best Male Performance in a Comedy during the first season, everyone’s excitedly waiting to see what Dyer will bring to the table in season 2.
I’m thrilled to share that the core trio will be back for season 2, along with Adrian Scarborough, Fatiha El-Ghorri, Victoria Alcock, Ned Dennehy, and Clive Russell in their respective roles. Moreover, we have some exciting new additions to our cast, including Rula Lenska, Shaun Williamson, Tom Hanson, Parth Thakerar, Shobna Gulati, David Mumeni, Alan Ford, and Linda Henry. Can’t wait for you all to see it!
Earlier, Sampson hinted at the upcoming reunion of Dyer and Henry on the show, following their stint in EastEnders. He praised Henry as ‘impressive’ and suggested that the forthcoming season would offer a ‘delightful spice’.
Mr Bigstuff will return to Sky and NOW on Thursday 24th July 2025 โ sign up for Sky TV here.
