Season 2 of *Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man* is shaping up to be huge! Set to premiere in Fall 2026, the new season will introduce popular characters like Venom and Gwen Stacy, and bring back fan favorites including Norman and Harry Osborn, Doc Oc, Chameleon, and Scorpion.

What Can We Expect From Season 2?
The animated series *Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man* is set in a new timeline, offering a fresh take on familiar characters and surprising team-ups. While Aunt May remains Peter’s supportive family member and Harry Osborn is still his friend, this universe diverges significantly from others. Instead of Tony Stark, Norman Osborn, a.k.a. the Green Goblin, becomes Peter’s mentor. Peter’s romantic interest isn’t Gwen Stacy or Mary Jane Watson either – he’s involved with Pearl Pangan. We’ll also see the characters Wave and Nico Minoru from the *Runaways* comic appearing in the show.
The first season ended with major surprises and cliffhangers – notably, the revelation that Peter’s father, Richard, is alive and imprisoned. Now, Peter is fully embracing his role as Spider-Man, determined to protect his city by fighting both petty criminals and powerful villains. He’s also getting a much-needed upgrade to his suit. Upcoming storylines will introduce Venom, the symbiote, and finally reveal this universe’s version of Gwen Stacy.
