Following leaks and rumours, SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is now official.
In the promotional video for this new release, it’s clear that the creators, who have previously worked on the Bikini Bottom remake and The Cosmic Shake, are presenting an innovative 3D platformer game.
David Hasselhoff, famously recognized for his significant part in the initial SpongeBob film, enchants us with a nautical ballad detailing the latest escapade.
As a gamer diving into the waves of “Titans of the Tide,” I’ll find myself commanding none other than my favorite sea-faring duo – SpongeBob SquarePants and his trusted pal, Patrick Star. The game offers an exciting switch between their everyday selves and mysterious spirit forms, keeping the adventure fresh and fun!

The tale appears to be centered on a conflict between King Neptune and the Phantom Ship’s Captain, the aftermath of which has given Bikini Bottom a haunting atmosphere.
The game seems to perfectly match your expectations – it’s a vibrant, whimsical platformer heavily rooted in the absurdly entertaining universe of SpongeBob.
The game will be available for PlayStation 5 on 18th November, 2025. Are you all set for it? Let us know in the comments!
