
Panic, along with developers Julian Cordero and Sebastian Valbuena, have announced that the Switch version of the unique soccer game despelote will be available on December 11th in North and Latin America. Players in Japan can get it on December 18th, and everyone else will be able to play starting January 13, 2026. The game will cost $14.99.
despelote first launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam on May 1.

Despelote is a soccer game focused on the people and vibrant life of Quito, Ecuador. You experience the city through the eyes of eight-year-old Julián, dribbling, passing, and shooting a soccer ball around the streets and parks. Your actions impact the world around you, and the game captures the excitement as Ecuador attempts to qualify for the World Cup.
