Diddy and Son Justin Accused of ‘Brutal’ Rape in New Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin have been accused of “brutal gang rape” in a new lawsuit.

Justin, currently aged 31, is reportedly said to have enticed a woman from Louisiana to Los Angeles with the suggestion of assisting her in breaking into show business, as stated in recently submitted court papers acquired by Us Weekly. The accuser asserted that she was sexually assaulted by Diddy, now 55, and two other individuals who were wearing masks.

In 2017, the woman asserted that her initial contact with Justin (Diddy’s son with Misa Hylton) was made over Snapchat. It is said that their interaction progressed from exchanging suggestive images to an invite for a trip to Los Angeles.

Representatives for the music producer, who’s recently been in the spotlight for controversial reasons, as well as Justin have been contacted by Us Weekly seeking their comments. In response, Diddy’s legal representative quickly dismissed the accusations.

While he may have flaws, Mr. Combs is not a criminal in their view.

It’s been observed that both Justin and his mom have attended the courtroom during Diddy’s trial. Closing statements began for the jury on Thursday, June 27th.

Earlier this week, Diddy expressed his gratitude to Judge Arun Subramanian, saying “Thank you for all that you’ve done.” He also added, “You’re doing a fantastic job.

Despite Diddy’s legal team asserting his innocence and striving for his acquittal on all charges, the prosecution is advocating for “justice” in relation to the accusations made against him.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik stated on Thursday, ‘Now is the moment for accountability. It’s about seeking justice. About determining the defendant as guilty.’

Diddy’s lawyers will deliver their closing argument on Friday before jury deliberations begin.
